Darla Hrabe

Office Manager

As the Office Manager at Oral, Facial, and Implant Surgery, Darla is responsible for daily operations and keeps the practice organized and running smoothly. She ensures Dr. Lucaci and the team have everything required to safely and successfully treat patients and deliver optimal results. Her exceptional communication skills allow Darla to seamlessly articulate patient and team needs while creating a comfortable and inviting environment. She is committed to providing high-quality, individualized care to every patient.

Darla has been a part of the OFIS team for 4 years. Outside of the office, Darla enjoys reading, puzzling, and spending time with her husband.

Staci Lee

Treatment Coordinator/Marketing Coordinator

Staci was born and raised in Salina, KS. After graduating high school, Staci attended Salina Technical College and became a certified dental assistant. Staci began her career with Dr. Lucaci in 2015 as an office manager. Today, Staci’s responsibilities have expanded to reflect her role as a Treatment Coordinator and Marketing Coordinator. She is actively involved in the patient journey and feels tremendous pride knowing her work makes a positive difference in the lives of those in her care. Staci enjoys the unique challenges of the oral surgery industry and is committed to helping every patient achieve their wellness goals through personalized treatment plans and solutions.

Staci is the proud mother of three beautiful daughters. Outside of work, Staci’s hobbies include reading, traveling, and spending time with her family. In the summer, Staci and her daughters’ favorite place to be is lakeside!

Savanah Orlando

Registered Nurse/Clinical Floor Coordinator

Although she has only lived in Salina for a couple of years, Savanah was born and raised in Kansas. After receiving her registered nursing degree, Savanah proudly served her community for many years. Today, Savanah works with Dr. Lucaci at several of his practices. As the Clinical Floor Coordinator at Oral, Facial and Implant Surgery, Savanah applies her 20+ years of experience as an RN to ensure all patients receive quality oral care. She is committed to creating an environment where all feel comfortable, safe, and welcomed throughout treatment.

In her free time, Savanah enjoys reading, exploring the local Salina hiking trails, and spending time with her family including her son and two wonderful daughters.


Meghan Dawson

Surgical Dental Assistant

Meghan graduated from the Salina Area Technical College Dental Assisting program in 2011. She has been Dr. Lucaci’s Lead Surgical Assistant for seven years and has in-depth knowledge of all treatments and services performed at the practice. She aids in pre- and post-operative care and ensures her patients are comfortable and at ease throughout their procedure process. Her attention to detail and patient-centric approach helps Meghan deliver enhanced results and restored functionality to those in her care.

Meghan and her husband have three children and two dogs. As a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, fishing, and riding ATVs. Meghan’s children are involved in sports, and she loves to show her support and cheer them on as they play!

Samantha Myers

Surgical Dental Assistant

Samantha is originally from Sarasota, FL but has made Kansas home for her and her three boys for the past ten years. She has been a dental assistant for more than 25 years and proudly joined Dr. Lucaci’s team in 2021. Samantha chose a career in the dental industry because she is passionate about helping others. She is dedicated to the individual success of all her patients on their journey to restored oral health.

As a mother of three boys, Samantha spends much of her time outside of work cheering on her sons while they chase their dreams on the football field and basketball court!

Emily Zsuzsics

Surgical Dental Assistant

Emily is a Salina local through and through! She grew up in the area and attended the Accelerated Dental Assisting Academy at Salina Dental Arts. Since graduating in 2020, she has provided quality care to those in need as a Surgical Dental Assistant. Emily entered the dental field with the desire to help patients look and feel their best. She is thrilled to work alongside her talented team and enjoys the diversity and challenge of oral surgery.

In her free time, Emily’s hobbies include painting, drawing, and watching true crime documentaries.
